Registration Steps

 

 

Click the “Individual Registration” button.
• Create an account (or Log In if you already created one).
• Follow the instructions and complete your profile.
• Select the registration category.
• The total amount will be updated, proceed with payment and submit.

 

 

Registration Fee (participants will receive a one-year free IASPRR membership as part of the registration fee. )

For all conference attendees: 
· Registration fee included: Conference meals (lunch and dinner) and coffee breaks.

· All payments are handled by Sichuan Tinglan Tianfu Meeting Service Co., Ltd. The receipt for the registration fee will be sent to the attendee's email address 7 days after the workshop.

Invoice

 

 

Overseas: The proforma invoice can be downloaded in the registration system after completing payment.
Domestic: By default, the VAT electronic ordinary invoice will be issued three days before the conference or on the registration day, and the invoice will be sent to your reserved email address.

 

Registration cancellation/refund policies

 

 

Before May 1st, 2026 | 100% of the registration fee
May 1st-Aug. 20th, 2026 | 50% of the registration fee
After Aug. 20th, 2026 | No refund
